This is a print of "The Western Hemisphere in 1626" reproduced from a map by John Speed in the collection of Historic Urban Plans, Inc. The 1626 map of America has a caption on the lower left corner which says, "America with those known parts in that unknowne world both people and manner of buildings discribed and inlarged by I.S. Ano 1626." The map measures about 23" x 17-1/2". It is in great condition with no tears or stains.
Comes in the original plastic tube packaging from smoke-free, pet-free home.
