This quality constructed wood case was produced to hold Sterling or Silverplate flatware, designed by International Silver for a service of 12+ plus serving pieces.   The case exterior has a great vintage look with scratches, indents, scuffs and varnish crazing & loss (there are 2 small slices off one front foot (see close up photo) - (all most likely from past "closet" storage) - please see all photos.   The
BEST
aspect of this vintage case is it's wonderful interior showing no rips, stains or odors.     The case is longer than most and has

slots in the lid for dinner knives and the inside has
11
slots with a narrow slot at both ends for additional knives
