This high quality well constructed wooden case was produced to hold Sterling or Silverplate flatware, designed for a service of 12+ plus serving pieces.   The case exterior has a great vintage Mid Century Modern look with light scratches & indents - (most likely from past "closet" storage) - please see all photos.    The
BEST
aspect of this vintage case is the wonderful interior with no rips, stains or odors.     The case has

knife slots in the lid and the inside has
9
slots with a narrow gap at each end for the additional knives
