    Description

    This is Vintage Royal Crest Sterling Silver Handle Pie Server in the "Promise" pattern.  I recently acquired this at a local auction.  It is clearly marked Sterling Handle on one side of the handle as pictured.  It is in good condition with only minor surface marks from use and no monogram or engraving (or removal.)  The pattern is crisp, clear and strong.  The stainless steel blade appears to be the original and is firmly attached to the handle, but there is a minor ripple in the tip end of the blade that is too light to get a picture.  The server measures 9 3/4 inches in length.  If this is your pattern, or if you know someone with this pattern, wouldn't this make a wonderful addition??
