The elegant large cake server with a wide front part with etched floral decor and silver handle is made in the typical so-called spade design. The lifter is perfect not only for pies and cakes, but also for main dishes. The cake server comes from
Germany at approx. 1880.
Very qualitative, high quality execution!
Ideal as a complement to cutlery or as a gift!
The cake server is approx. 26.7 cm. long and approx 4.5 cm. wide in the front.
The handle is with
13 for 813/1000 silver content
(Hallmark used until 1888) and
Master's mark RS
stamped. Genuine solid silver is guaranteed without restriction!
The front part is made of steel, which was previously gilded.
The cake server
is in a good used condition, with some bumps on the handle (see photos). Without monogram!
