  • Condition: This ladle is in good antique condition, with really good Poppy decoration on front. The gold wash in the bowl is pretty consistent; the bowl and the handle back do show some scratches. Also back monogrammed with a single letter-- I/T?-- and Jan 1906.

    Description

    This attractive Poppy ladle is 6 7/8" and weighs 64 grams.  It features a nice three dimensional Poppy at the handle end, and then smaller Poppies trailing down the handle.  It has a Poppy flower and leaf decoration on the back borders.
    It is marked with a maker I couldn't find, then STERLING AUG 12 1902.
    The ladle has a gold washed bowl and is monogrammed, lightly, with a single letter and Jan 1906 on the back.
