Gorgeous sterling in the King George pattern by Gorham, a nice classical shell and acanthus leaf motif. Length: 7 7/8” Weight: About 74-76 grams each, or ~2.38-2.44 troy ounces each!!! Condition: Excellent. The mark is a bit rubbed. Usually Gorham would stamp their pieces in relief, but for some reason they did this set with a raised mark, and it definitely wore over time. However, the pattern itself is crisp, and these are certainly 300% without a doubt solid sterling.
