GORHAM, CHANTILLY, STERLING SILVER, RARE, PIERCED LADLE, NO MONOS, FLAWLESS!!

CHANTILLY.....BY GORHAM....PIERCED LADLE.  This gorgeous piece is in MINT condition with NO monograms or removals.  It has the old mark on the back as shown in the last picture.  It is approximately 7 inches in length. The bowl is 2-1/2 x 2-1/4 inches.  I have been a sterling dealer for almost 30 years, and I don't come across this outstanding piece very often.  It was designed to drain most likely Fruit Salad or Vegetables.  Back many years ago....the factory would allow individuals to "Special Order" unusual items, or additions to their patterns twice a year.  This was most likely one of them.  Truly a collector's piece of Chantilly.  Please ignore camera reflections.  I have had such a problem with colored background and reflections.  It is a totally pierced piece...the reflections look like there is a straight across bar/line across, but that is not accurate.
