Description

Presented is a fabulous Reed & Barton sterling silver fish slice or fish server. This server is done in the lovely Les Cinq Fleurs pattern, which began production in 1900. As the name suggests, this pattern features a floral motif on the front and back of the handle. The blade of the server has a beautifully pierced floral design. The server is well made, with a nice feeling of weight in the hand.
The server is in great condition. The details of the pattern are nice and crisp. There are no splits, no dents, no breaks, no monograms, no monogram removals, and no repairs.
The stem of the piece is stamped with the Reed & Barton maker's mark as well as sterling and the patent date of the pattern, May 22 1900.
The server is about 11 3/4 inches long.
This piece weighs 151 grams or 5.3 regular ounces.
