    ANTIQUE TIFFANY & CO. STERLING SILVER DINNER PLATE MARKER “PHYLLIS”.
    We believe this is a plate or dinner position marker with the name "PHYLLIS" engraved on the piece.  The name could be removed if wanted and the small green shown in the picture is from age of the solder.  That, too, can be removed but we leave all sterling alone for the new owner to decide what to do.  The marker is 3" tall and we have never seen one like it before today.
