    Presented is a wonderful Whiting sterling silver serving fork. This piece is done in the popular Louis XV pattern, which began production in 1891. This is a classic pattern featuring a shell and scroll motif. The fork has four long, straight tines.
    The fork is in great condition. The details of the pattern are nice and crisp. There are no splits, no dents, no breaks, no monograms, no monogram removals, and no repairs.
    The underside of the piece is stamped 'sterling' and with the maker's mark for Whiting, as well as a patent date of 1891.
    The fork is about 9 inches long.
