Silver Tongs
! The pair measures about 4-1/4" long x 1-3/4" wide at the widest part of the "claw" bowls (fully opened) and is marked (impressed) "Sterling" with the earlier Gorham hallmarks...see picture(s).
A very heavy, substantial well crafted piece that weighs 22.5 grams on our scale as shown!
The piece is in excellent, used as-found condition overall with an all original and untouched patina to the sterling silver as shown. It could use a bit of polish if desired.
