This is a Gorgeous 1900 century Antique Sterling Silver Fish Serving Fork & Knife Set.
Has Stunning Hand Engraved. Leaves  on the folk, on the knife has Fern branch engraving. and antler handles
Identifying Markers on the back side of the shank and knife blade in order right to left are H B & H * also has Made in England, and in one of the thin collars says Sterling.
