Presented is a very fine set of 12 sterling silver tea or coffee spoons made by Towle. This set is in the Ben or Benjamin Franklin pattern, which is similar to a classic Threaded Fiddle Shell pattern. There is a shell decoration on the back of each bowl. The pieces have never been monogrammed.
We have researched this pattern and are definitely the most reasonably priced out there!
The back of each piece is marked for Towle and sterling silver purity. 3 of the spoons have an additional modern Towle hallmark.
This set is in virtually mint condition.
